services, if required or requested, will be billed directly and
will be due at that time. These items may be, but not limited to:
- Certified Topological Site Plan (Required at start of designs)
- Structural and Earthquake Engineering (required 3/4 of 1%)
- Soils Investigation and Reports (Recommended)
- Renderings and Models
- Extraordinary Travel outside of local area
- Changes to construction documents after design development phase
- Modifications to designs if directed by outside design services
- Mechanical and Electrical engineering
- Landscape Architecture
- Interior Designer
