Coordinate the selection of the general contractor by interviewing
and selecting the most qualified firm with a competent bid. The
Highland Group will provide continuous contact with the owner and
contractor throughout the construction process. We will review and
approve all construction draws with the owner either in person,
by phone or fax for your protection. During construction, Highland
will scrutinize all subcontracts and their agreements with the owner
to maintain a strict control over budget. The Highland Group will
provide the owner written and photographic progress reports. |
