all trades with a detailed list of products, their installation
procedures, and warranties. Coordinate and specify all materials
from the type of carpets, style of cabinets, right down to the style
and location of light switches. From our initial meeting with the
owners and general contractor, we will regularly observe the installation
of all interiors finishes, materials, products, surfaces to ensure
against poor or faulty workmanship and construction. We will be
the “eyes and ears” for the owners during the construction
